Brands pay THKT a flat fee for the full service package — bar, DJ, content, setup, breakdown. One invoice. We provide the labor, equipment, and production. The brand handles the space.
No. THKT is a bar services company. We provide the bar, equipment, bartenders, and production. The brand or venue holds the alcohol permit.
Standard model for NYC activations: brand buys the spirits, venue holds the license, or a spirit sponsor provides the alcohol. We handle the service layer — not the product.
Three options: (1) Brand buys and provides spirits. (2) Venue supplies from their bar stock. (3) THKT sources a spirit sponsor who provides alcohol as co-sponsor — we pitch them separately.
Zero licensing needed. Coffee/espresso bar service is a clean add-on at +$600. Press days, showroom openings, morning activations. No permits, no complexity.
THKT can source a spirit brand partner to co-sponsor an activation. We negotiate: they provide product, we give placement + content. Brand gets bar at lower cost. Available as add-on (on request).
Pre-first-yes cap: $15k max quote to brand. Every brief costs are swapped to fit within that ceiling. Cap lifts to $25k after first signed deal. Goal: first yes fast, then compound.
